Entrevista com presidente da Câmara de vereadores de Santana de Parnaíba
A vereadora Sabrina Colela, presidente da Câmara Municipal de Santana de Parnaíba, recebeu neste mês a equipe do Jornal Cidade em Alerta. Na ocasião, Sabrina teve a oportunidade de falar um pouco sobre sua trajetória política e sua história. Acompanhe em primeira mão, a entrevista exclusiva com a vereadora Sabrina Colela de Santana de Parnaíba.
JCA: Quem é Sabrina Colela, fale um pouco sobre sua trajetória antes de ser eleita vereadora?
Sou Sabrina Colela Prieto, casada, funcionária pública efetiva da Prefeitura Municipal há 15 anos, residente no bairro Alphaville há mais de 30 anos. Antes de ser vereadora, eu já buscava ajudar os moradores do bairro a solucionar os problemas, acionando a Prefeitura, cobrando providências, procurei sempre estar próxima aos moradores e auxiliá-los da melhor forma.
JCA: Como é seu relacionamento com a família Cezar em Santana de Parnaíba?
Sabrina: Um excelente relacionamento, sou muito grata a ambos. Considero o Deputado Cezar meu padrinho político, que me dá força e apoio nesta caminhada política, assim como o Elvis Cezar, que foi um grande parceiro quando era Prefeito e com quem mantenho um relacionamento muito próximo. Ambos foram meus mentores, eles acreditaram que eu poderia servir a população ao lado deles.
JCA: O que a motivou a entrar na política como candidata a vereadora?
Sabrina: Minha maior motivação foi o desejo de fazer diferença para a população, de poder ajudar, de ser uma intermediária entre a população e os Poderes Executivo e Legislativo.
JCA: Como é ser a primeira mulher presidente da Câmara em Santana de Parnaíba, teve alguma resistência?
Sabrina: É uma grande honra! Poder abrir a porta para futuras gerações de mulheres, de colocar as mulheres na história da nossa cidade e fomentar o empoderamento feminino. Não encontrei resistência, pelo contrário, fui aceita de forma muito respeitosa e recebi muito apoio de meus pares e de todos os servidores da Casa.
JCA: Quais são as atribuições do presidente?
Sabrina: O presidente é responsável por toda a administração da Câmara, portanto, está sob sua responsabilidade todos os departamentos necessários para seu funcionamento, assim como, por presidir as sessões (ordinárias e extraordinárias), observando o regimento interno e estabelecendo a ordem e respeito.
JCA: Quais as dificuldades e benefícios de ser presidente?
Sabrina: As dificuldades são as mesmas de qualquer gestor, que possui equipes diversificadas, questões administrativas e institucionais para tratar, com o agravante de ser um órgão público fiscalizado pelo Tribunal de Contas e que deve obedecer uma variedade muito grande de legislação. Os benefícios estão em poder contribuir para o atendimento da população de forma mais efetiva, trabalhar para aprovar leis que beneficiam o município e manter o Poder Legislativo em constante diálogo com a população e demais poderes.
JCA: Como avalia a atual legislatura de vereadores?
Sabrina: É uma legislatura que foi renovada, com muitos vereadores em primeiro mandato e que tem como característica o trabalho, visando a população.
JCA: Esse é o seu segundo mandato como vereadora, pretende ser candidata a algum outro cargo no futuro?
Sabrina: Penso apenas em manter meu trabalho como vereadora, tenho muito ainda a contribuir com a população do município. Não penso em outro cargo futuro.
JCA: Suas considerações finais.
Sabrina: Agradeço ao Jornal Cidade em Alerta, pela oportunidade para contar um pouco da minha trajetória dentro da política, e dizer a população de Santana de Parnaíba que meu gabinete sempre estará à disposição de todos.
