Assistente Virtual Anna da Prefeitura de Santana de Parnaíbaé considerada case referência pelo Google
Criada em apenas 49 dias, a assistente virtual Anna, desenvolvida pela Secretaria de Tecnologia da Informação da prefeitura de Santana de Parnaíba com o objetivo de auxiliar os cidadãos durante a pandemia, foi reconhecida como case de sucesso por uma das maiores empresas de tecnologia de todo o mundo: o Google.
Utilizando-se de soluções do Google Cloud, a inteligência artificial da prefeitura, que já atendeu mais 20 mil solicitações dos parnaibanos, sendo 4 mil delas só nos primeiros 15 dias, chamou a atenção graças a sua criação em tempo recorde, desde a pesquisa, protótipo, desenvolvimento e implantação.
Localizada no site da prefeitura, no aplicativo, no portal de serviços e com integrações com o Google Assistente e o Facebook, a Anna contou com a contribuição de mais de 20 secretarias do município para a composição da sua base de dados, que já é capaz de dar resposta efetiva a mais de 400 assuntos diferentes, como realizações de obras na cidade, publicações de decretos e atendimento tributário, tudo 24h por dia, evitando deslocamentos desnecessários aos postos presenciais.
O desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades para a ferramenta é prioridade e em um futuro próximo espera-se que a IA (Inteligência Artificial) consiga realizar tarefas como o agendamento de consultas, solicitação de vagas em creches, emissão de 2ª via do IPTU, entre outros.
