Estado entrega revitalização do terminal de ônibus da Vila Yara
A solenidade contou com as presenças do vice-governador do Estado, Rodrigo Garcia, do secretário estadual de Transportes Metropolitanos (STM), Alexandre Baldy de Sant’Anna Braga, do secretário estadual de Desenvolvimento Regional, Marcos Vinholi, e do presidente da EMTU (Empresa Metropolitana de Transportes Urbanos), Marco Antônio Assalve.
Rogério Lins agradeceu ao governo do Estado pela parceria e investimento na infraestrutura do terminal.
O Corredor Metropolitano Itapevi–São Paulo (Vila Yara) compreende quatro trechos: Itapevi – Jandira (5km), Jandira – Carapicuíba (8,8km), em obras, Carapicuíba – Osasco Km 21 (2,2km), entregue em 2017, e Osasco Km 21 – Vila Yara (divisa Osasco-SP) com 7,6km de extensão.
A Obra
O terminal Vila Yara estava operando parcialmente desde março de 2018, data de início das obras de ampliação e reforma. Com a expansão, o terminal passou de 9 mil m² para 17 mil m² de área construída. Passa a operar com 53 linhas de ônibus (sendo 27 linhas da EMTU, 21 linhas municipais e cinco linhas municipais de São Paulo) e tem 5 plataformas cobertas e ampliadas. Por dia o terminal recebe cerca de 388 veículos e 15 mil passageiros.
A reforma inclui novos elevadores, escadas e rampas de acesso, atendendo às normas de acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência ou mobilidade reduzida, uma praça com jardins, playground, equipamentos de ginástica ao ar livre, um bicicletário com capacidade para 32 bicicletas no pavimento superior, iluminação de LED e novo calçamento.
O Centro Comercial, no pavimento superior, foi todo renovado, com troca da cobertura e dos pisos das áreas comuns e reforma dos sanitários públicos. As lanchonetes, lojas, quiosques e área reservada para alimentação passaram por manutenção e permaneceram no mesmo piso.
A bilheteria passou para o térreo, assim como as guaritas de controle de acesso de veículos, gerador de energia e local fechado para armazenamento de lixo.
Também participaram do evento os prefeitos Igor Soares (Itapevi) e Guto Issa (São Roque), os deputados estaduais Ataíde Teruel e delegado Olim, o ex-prefeito de Osasco, Francisco Rossi, o presidente da Câmara Municipal, Ribamar Silva, os vereadores Ana Paula Rossi, pastora Cristiane Celegato, Lúcia da Saúde, Carmônio Bastos, Fábio Chirinhan, Michel Figueiredo, pastor Joel Nunes, pastor Paulo Jr., Josias da Juco, Zé Carlos Santa Maria, Délbio Teruel, os secretários municipais Lau Alencar (Transportes), Waldyr Ribeiro (Obras), Rodolfo Cara (Esporte), Cláudio Piteri (Assistência Social), Coronel Virgolino (Segurança), José Carlos Vido (Desenvolvimento Econômico), Jair Anastácio (CMTO), Luiz Augusto Saraiva, presidente do consórcio Anhanguera e Felipe Santos, presidente da Viação Osasco, entre outros.
