GriGo, uma gigante com estoque infinito, chega em Osasco e já prevê ampliações em seu quadro de funcionários
O primeiro balcão virtual de peças diesel do Brasil, a GriGo, desembarcou em Osasco no dia 14 de Agosto. Ao chegar na cidade, vinda de São Paulo, contava com uma equipe de 08 entusiastas. Em menos de um mês já dobrou seu quadro de membros para 16 e prevê a contratação de mais 15 até o final do ano.
Uma das preocupações da diretoria é a escassez de mão de obra qualificada em tecnologia para poder atendê-los. “Com a transformação digital da indústria 4.0, um dos grandes problemas encontrados em nosso segmento é a contratação de profissionais qualificados. Para minimizar este problema precisamos desenvolvê-los para que possam atender as demandas reprimidas”, comentou Luís Marques – diretor da GriGo.
Com esta ideia, a GriGo, se colocou à disposição da cidade para servir como um polo laboratorial aos estudantes interessados na área da tecnologia, e que estão prestes a ingressar no mercado de trabalho. Após este treinamento eles estarão qualificados e aptos a ocuparem diversas funções na Grigo, ou em outras empresas do setor que possuam vagas em aberto.
O município quer se tornar uma espécie do Vale do Silício paulista, em referência ao polo de tecnologia na Califórnia (EUA), como é conhecida a região da baía de São Francisco onde estão situadas várias empresas de alta tecnologia e nas áreas de eletrônica e informática, incluindo Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Ebay, Pixar, HP, Intel, Netflix, Oracle e Microsoft. A origem do apelido está no fato do silício ser matéria prima na produção da maior parte dos circuitos e chips eletrônicos.
Além da GriGo, a mais recente da tecnologia, fazem parte do cenário da cidade o Mercado Livre , a Dafiti, Shoppe, Submarino e o iFood. Todas estas empresas migraram suas sedes para Osasco nos últimos cinco anos. “Estamos crescendo e apostando fortemente no Brasil. Temos um longo caminho de sucesso a percorer. Somos filhos de Osasco, por isso escolhemos a nossa cidade para lançar o nosso foguete”, completou Marques.
Para ter o suporte necessário nessa etapa de expansão, a GriGo fechou um aporte financeiro capitaneado pela empresa Venture Capital Evergreen. Nesse primeiro momento, o projeto captou R$1,5 milhão e já prepara a próxima rodada para março 2022 com fundos de investimento já sinalizando um grande apetite para esse novo modelo de negócio.
