Mais de 100 famílias em Jandira são beneficiadas com a entrega do registro de imóvel
A Gestão do Prefeito Doutor Sato entregou Registros de Imóvel para mais de 100 famílias do Jardim Alvorada e Jardim Palmares.
“Tenho um compromisso com o Governo do Estado, para que além do Jardim Alvorada e Palmares, outros bairros de Jandira tenham prioridade neste programa de Regularização Fundiária” afirmou o Prefeito.
A entrega faz parte do programa de regularização fundiária dos loteamentos que não foram registrados na Prefeitura e/ou no Cartório de Registro de Imóveis, e que, portanto, têm seus lotes inabilitados de lavrarem escritura de compra, venda ou doação.
O programa traz uma série de iniciativas técnicas que possibilitam a emissão do título de propriedade (Matrícula no nome de quem tem a posse do lote), levando às famílias de baixa renda segurança jurídica sobre a propriedade do imóvel além outros benefícios, como o acesso ao mercado formal de crédito, a possibilidade de comercialização do imóvel e a transferência do bem para filhos ou herdeiros.
O evento que celebrou a entrega dos títulos às famílias aconteceu no Teatro Municipal e contou com a presença de diversas autoridades do município e também do Estado de São Paulo, que por meio do Programa Cidade Legal, oferece suporte técnico em todo o processo de regularização conduzido pelo Governo Municipal.
A primeira a fazer uso da palavra no evento de celebração desta importante conquista foi a Presidente do Fundo de Solidariedade e primeira-dama Dra Adenilda, que em seu discurso ressaltou a alegria de participar de um evento que leva o sentimento de realização à centenas de pessoas. Logo após a Primeira-Dama, o Presidente da Câmara colocou o legislativo à disposição para lutar, ao lado do Prefeito Doutor Sato, para que mais famílias recebam o título de registro de imóvel. Em seguida, ao fazer uso da palavra, o Secretário de Habitação Walter Martins, fez uma bela homenagem à diversos integrantes da sua equipe, que se empenharam para que aqueles documentos fossem realidade: “Assim como a população merece o título dos seus imóveis, eles (servidores da área de habitação) merecem os aplausos porque trabalham duro para que isto aconteça” Discursou Martins.
Representando o Governo de São Paulo, estiveram presentes no evento, o Diretor de Regularização do CDHU, Dr. Manoel Cavalcante, que destacou a importância do trabalho técnico para aquela realização, e do Secretário Executivo de Habitação do Estado, Dr. Fernando Marangoni, que iniciou seu discurso parabenizando o trabalho e coragem do Prefeito Doutor Sato e logo depois, destacou que o programa cidade legal “é o maior programa de regularização fundiária da américa latina”, para expressar a importância do evento ele disse: “Regularização fundiária é dignidade, é sono tranquilo” e, destacou que “estamos falando aqui de escritura definitiva, não é termo de posse”.
Por fim, o Prefeito Doutor Sato fez um discurso ressaltando a importância do evento: “hoje é um sábado fantástico por este presente que a população de Jandira está recebendo e, aliás fiquei sabendo que terá mais presentes neste nível”, após este início de esperança para a população que aguarda este documento, o Prefeito finalizou o discurso ressaltando que continuará trabalhando por todos os jandirenses, independentemente de posições políticas expressas na última eleição: “fui eleito por uma parte, para governar para todos”.
Durante a cerimônia de entrega das documentações, conversamos com alguns moradores, como o Sr. Edson Moreno, morador da Rua Alvorada, no jardim alvorada, que expressaram muita alegria e emoção com o “sonho realizado”
“Isto daqui é um sonho, ouvimos muitas conversas de que a casa não era nossa porque não tem documentação certa e hoje estamos aqui recebendo o título da nossa casa” afirmou o Sr. Edson Moreno
Dentre os contemplados, o que não faltou foram exemplos, como o caso do Sr. Adão Dias, morador do Jardim alvorada, que nos informou que comprou o terreno em 1987, e mesmo sem nenhum imposto atrasado, não podia dizer que o seu imóvel era seu.
