Pelo sétimo ano Santana de Parnaíba mantém o IPTU congelado
Pensando na população da cidade, a prefeitura de Santana de Parnaíba manteve o IPTU sem aumento pelo sétimo ano. Após um ano difícil por conta do Coronavírus, a cidade que já havia mantido o tributo sem reajuste nos anos de 2013, 14, 15, 16, 18 e 20, anunciou o congelamento do imposto para o ano de 2021.
Em 2020, o município foi um dos poucos do país que conseguiu manter as contas em dia e continuou investindo em áreas primordiais e na construção de novas obras, realizando a inauguração de importantes equipamentos públicos por toda a cidade.
Por conta da gestão correta dos recursos, a cidade ainda foi considerada como a 1ª do Brasil em Sustentabilidade Fiscal, de acordo com Ranking de Competitividade dos Municípios, divulgado no final de 2020 pelo Centro de Liderança Pública – CLP.
