Prefeito Marcos Tonho anuncia novos participantes no Projeto Crescer que traz oportunidade de emprego para famílias parnaibanas
Mais 30 pessoas foram inseridas no Projeto Crescer e terão uma nova oportunidade de trabalho através do programa. Ao todo, a Prefeitura de Santana de Parnaíba possui 252 participantes, que terão a oportunidade de trabalhar em uma das secretarias do município.
O prefeito, Marcos Tonho, que acompanhou de perto a integração dos novos servidores falou sobre a importância do projeto. “Uma manhã especial aqui na Arena de Eventos, onde tive a honra de recepcionar os 32 novos participantes do programa, que irão iniciar o trabalho na nossa cidade e, assim, movimentar a economia” disse.
Na quinta e sexta-feira (12 e 13), os participantes fizeram uma avaliação que ocorreu no Complexo da Educação com representantes do SESI, onde foi realizado um levantamento através de palestras e formulário para saber quais as maiores necessidades deles, além de direcioná-los para os cursos de qualificação.
A avaliação foi dividida em 4 grupos de acordo com a faixa etária, o primeiro grupo foi de 18 a 26 anos, o segundo de 27 a 34, o terceiro de 35 a 45 e o último grupo de 46 a 63.
Lançado em 2019 pela Secretaria de Assistência Social do município, o projeto visa, principalmente, reduzir a desigualdade social e a erradicação da vulnerabilidade social, fazendo com que os participantes sejam capacitados e reinseridos no mercado de trabalho. Os participantes deste programa recebem pelo período de 09 meses um salário mínimo, vale-transporte e uma cesta básica mensal, além do curso profissionalizante durante todo o período.
