Os bairros Parque Santana I, Rancho Alegre e Jardim Isaura foram contemplados na última semana com o projeto Asfalto Novo que está recapeando 13 quilômetros de ruas, avenidas e travessas.
O projeto teve início este ano com a recuperação, revitalização e recapeamento de 2 quilômetros da malha viária da região central da cidade que contemplou o Centro Histórico e Terminal Rodoviário e 5 quilômetros da Estrada Ecoturística do Suru.
No bairro Parque Santana I foram recapeados 2.830 metros das seguintes ruas: Aquário, Capricórnio, Áries, Peixes, Touro, Gêmeos, Câncer, Leão, Libra e Virgem totalizando 19.810m² de pavimentação; no bairro Jardim Isaura foram recapeados 6.685 metros das seguintes ruas: Verona, Veneza, Travessa Veneza, Marselha, Florença, Constantinopla, Moacir Fernandes, Turin, Maria Fernanda, Marilene Teixeira Costa, Milão e Roma totalizando 48.055 m² de pavimentação; no bairro Rancho Alegre serão recapeados 3.280 metros das ruas: Texas, Colorado, Mississipi, Chicago, Dalas, Miami, Califórnia, Nova York, Detroit, Alabama, Denver e Nova Travessa Califórnia totalizando 22.960m² de pavimentação.
Somente este ano já foram recapeados 20 quilômetros de vias com o projeto Asfalto Novo e em breve os trabalhos serão iniciados nos bairros Alphaville e Tamboré.
