Prefeitura de Santana de Parnaíba realiza palestra para incentivar estudantes do ensino médio a entrarem na faculdade
Chegar na faculdade em Santana de Parnaíba já é uma realidade, a cidade saltou de uma para dez unidades de ensino nos últimos 7 anos
Um dos principais pilares que a prefeitura de Santana de Parnaíba tem investido nos últimos 7 anos é a educação. A cidade possui ensino 100% municipalizado e, até o final do ano, serão 27 novos colégios entregues.
Para motivar os alunos que estão no último ano do ensino médio, a Secretaria de Educação realizou uma palestra para incentivar os jovens a entrarem na faculdade, e assim transformarem não somente suas vidas, mas de todos que estão à sua volta.
“Dar subsídios para que o jovem possa ir para o ensino superior, com certeza é um grande ganho para todo município”, falou o professor universitário e palestrante Max Santana.
O Prefeito de Santana de Parnaíba, Elvis Cezar, que é o idealizador do projeto Nossos Filhos Vão Para a Faculdade, falou sobre a importância do evento. “Nós queremos cumprir a nossa meta que é levar todos aos bancos das universidades e para isso nós estamos gerando oportunidades, fazendo formação, orientação vocacional para que todos possam chegar à faculdade”, disse.
O aluno Luiz Henrique ressaltou a relevância de iniciativas como essa e como elas impulsionam os jovens. “Eu quero ir para a faculdade, fazer design e ele [Prefeito Elvis Cezar] está me motivando a fazer isso!”, completou.
Em 2013, a cidade de Santana de Parnaíba possuía apenas uma faculdade, 7 anos depois, a cidade tem 10 polos entre universidades públicas e privadas.
